Nigeria Running Like ‘Animal Farm’ – Prof. Moghalu

Presidential hopeful Professor Kingsley Moghalu has said the President Muhammadu Buhari administration has failed to protect Nigerians.

He also likened the country to an animal farm where some are treated as more equal than others

Prof. Moghalu noted this on Wednesday in Abuja while declaring his intention to run for the office of the president in 2019.

According to the former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), it is horrible for the country to struggle with 4, 000 megawatts.

“I’m here today because our hospital are under-staff and are now death traps,” he said.

“I am standing here with over 100,000 Nigerians struggling to share a measly 4,000 megawatts of electricity.

“The government of the day have failed in their first duty of securing our land and its people.

“If we do like we do presently as an animal farm of which some animals are more equal than the other, we cannot enforce the rule of law.

“Having said that, I’d like to say that I have the political will to ensure the rule of law during our administration.”

Similarly, he said, “I have not announced the political platform on which I intend to run yet.

“Having said that, I’d like to say that I have the political will to ensure the rule of law during our administration.”
